Is my prescription and health data kept private?
Yes. On-device camera OCR extracts text without saving raw label photos to our servers. Extracted records are stored with field-level encryption at rest. We never sell, broker, or monetize your health data with advertisers.
Where are my digital insurance cards stored?
Captured insurance card photos remain strictly in your phone's sandboxed local storage behind biometric Face ID / Passcode protection and are never uploaded to our servers. (If your phone is lost without a local device backup, local card images cannot be recovered).
Can I manage health records for my kids and parents?
Yes. HealthSpoke supports multi-profile management within a single account, allowing you to track medications, appointments, and vitals for each family member separately.
Does HealthSpoke connect with Apple Health and Google Health Connect?
Yes. HealthSpoke integrates with Apple Health (HealthKit) and Google Health Connect to seamlessly sync vitals, resting heart rate, and sleep metrics without manual entry.
What happens after the 3-month free trial?
No surprise charges. Every new account includes 3 months (90 days) of introductory Premier access with no credit card required upfront. After 3 months, your account automatically transitions to our Free tier ($0). Your existing data remains safely preserved on our encrypted servers.
Can I export my medical records and journals?
Yes. You own your data. You can export your full health data in standard JSON format at any time directly from the app to share with your physician or keep for your records.
How do I cancel my subscription and delete all my data?
You have full control over your account. In the mobile app, go to the More tab, tap Profile, and select Delete My Account. Confirming deletion immediately and permanently erases your account and all associated health records from our servers. Any active paid subscription will be terminated, and any remaining prepaid balance will be refunded on a prorated basis.
Is HealthSpoke a clinical provider or insurance broker?
No. HealthSpoke is personal health information and cost management software published by Sanora AI, Inc. It is designed for personal organization and tracking and does not provide clinical diagnoses or broker insurance policies.
