By downloading, installing, or using the Sanora AI application ("App") or website ("Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App or Site.

2. Description of Service

Sanora AI provides a health tracking and wellness platform that includes AI-assisted health insights, medication reminders, appointment management, and access to health professionals. The App is not a medical device and does not provide medical diagnoses or treatment.

3. Not Medical Advice

All content, features, and information provided by Sanora AI — including AI-generated insights and professional consultations booked through the platform — are for informational purposes only and do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for medical decisions.

5. Health Data

You own your health data. By using the App, you grant Sanora AI a limited license to store and process your data solely to provide the Service. We do not sell your personal health information. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

6. Professional Services

Health professionals listed on the platform are independent providers. Sanora AI is a technology platform and is not responsible for the quality, safety, or outcomes of professional consultations arranged through the App. Payments for professional services are processed securely via Stripe.

You agree not to: use the App for any unlawful purpose; attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; scrape, reverse-engineer, or copy the App; use the platform to harass other users; or submit false health information to professionals.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time from the Profile section of the App, which will permanently delete your data within 30 days.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sanora AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification.
